Seminar Format & Learning Goals:
- Identify and discuss the importance of cultural competence within successful business management.
- Identify some of the cultural differences between their own culture and that of their host country (present or future),
- Develop awareness of diversity issues, via a student-managed round table discussion.
- Identify the different elements of diversity and multicultural management to support internationalization ‘expatriation’/‘in-patriation’.
