AMC has provided guidance in the development of an operational project plan between sponsor and partnering company.
This service has included the provision of tools to enable:
(1) Issue tracking/management
(2) Definition of roles & responsibilities using a RACI chart
(3) Risk identification, stratification and management.
The result of this project is that there is now better definition of “who does what” in the project process and a clear means to anticipate potential problems dealing with them before they become major problems (avoiding delays to the project and intensive usage of resource).
